We offer Breakfast as an optional extra. £9 per adult, £3 per child.

Experience the nutritious low-fat Hebridean breakfasts relished at Hebridean Island gatherings 160 years ago, accompanied by portraits of individuals who indulged in these healthy morning meals. Among these portraits from the 1810s is one depicting the daughter of a pirate.

Breakfast is served at 8.45am and is freshly cooked bespoke – please allow 35 minutes.

Cooked Surprise Breakfast

We provide a traditional surprise cooked breakfast choosing from the ingredients below.

Spealtraggan – fresh herring breaded in oatmeal, grilled with butter and vinegar
Salmon  poached in milk and fresh rosemary 
Kippers 
Arbroath smokies 
Finnan Haddy (Smoked Haddock  & poached egg) 
Welsh rarebit (Cheese and tomatoes on toast )
Breaded Haddock 
Smoked Haddock and soft cheese fishcakes 
Boiled eggs
Scrambled eggs, toast and spinach

A high proportion of breakfast ingredients are organic….exceptional.
